HOW DO I PURCHASE A ROOM?

Purchasing a room is simple. Simply choose your style and room type and add it to your cart. You can make payment by check, wire, PayPal, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. We maintain the integrity of our designs by refraining from allowing substitutions, ensuring that your chosen design concept remains exquisitely intact. Of course, some customers prefer our KH Full Service design offering which is always an option for those looking to engage in all the details of a full-home design process.

CAN I RETURN AFTER PURCHASE?

Due to the custom nature of our selections and furniture manufacturing, we are unable to accommodate returns once a purchase has been made. Each piece is meticulously crafted and tailored to maintain the integrity of each design,

ARE EXTRA DESIGN ELEMENTS LIKE CEILING TRAYS AND SHIPLAP INCLUDED?

Certainly! We gladly accept payment by check for your convenience. Please make the check payable to KRISTA + HOME. You have the option to either drop off the check at our office in Palm Beach Gardens or mail it to the following

We understand the importance of being able to feel and see fabrics and finishes for your room firsthand. We invite you to visit our KH Showroom in Palm Beach Gardens, where we have all the KH Room Service samples available for

CAN I PURCHASE A ROOM IF I'M MORE THAN A 75 MILE RADIUS FROM PBC?

All items listed on each room page are included in your room service package. White Glove delivery, installation and professional styling are also included. Wallpaper, drapery, painting, wallpaper installation, drapery installation, chandelier and installation are not included and require additional fees.

Every KH Room Service order will include White Glove Delivery, a premium service that goes above and beyond traditional delivery methods. It encompasses a meticulous and personalized approach to delivering and installing furniture, decor items, another design elements in your space. The term "White Glove" is derived from the utmost care and attention provided, akin to the way delicate objects are handled while wearing white gloves.

Careful Handling: Your items are handled with the highest level of care and precision throughout the entire delivery and installation process. Professionals trained in handling delicate and valuable
pieces ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition.

Delivery and Unpacking: The service typically includes delivery to your desired location, whether it's a residential or commercial space. Once your items are delivered, the team unpacks them with meticulous care, ensuring that no damage occurs during the process.

Assembly and Installation: If your items require assembly or installation, the White Glove team takes care of it for you. They are experienced in assembling furniture, hanging artwork, and other intricate tasks. The team ensures that each piece is properly installed, securely mounted, and functioning correctly.

Placement and Arrangement: The White Glove service
extends beyond merely installing the items. The team assists in placing and arranging furniture, décor pieces, and accessories according to your preferences and overall design plan. They pay attention to details such as proper spacing, symmetry, and aesthetic harmony to create a visually pleasing and functional layout.

Cleanup and Removal: Once the installation is complete, the White Glove team removes any packaging materials and ensures that your space is left clean and tidy. They strive to minimize any disruption caused during the process, leaving you with a beautifully transformed space with no residual mess.

WHAT IS AN ADD-ON?

For a truly complete and stress-free experience, consider adding on some of our add-on services. We offer wallpaper, drapery, painting, wallpaper installation, drapery installation and lighting installation for additional fees.

IS DRAPERY INCLUDED?

As a part of your Room Service package, we have provided drapery selections for your room. The purchase and installation of the drapery is an additional fee.

IS LIGHTING INCLUDED?

As a part of your Room Service package, we have provided lighting selections for your room. The lamps are included in your purchase, but lighting needing to be installed (like chandeliers) will require an additional fee for the product
and installation.

IS WALLPAPER INCLUDED?

As a part of your Room Service package, we have provided wallpaper selections for your room. The purchase and installation of wallpaper is an additional fee.

IS PAINT INCLUDED?

As a part of your Room Service package, we have provided paint selections for your room. The purchase of paint and painting the room is an additional fee.
